Curious to see how Jared responds to that much weight. Can't see it being a positive for him.

Ajagba has stopped resistant exercises he used to do at Plex gym under Ronnie Shields.
Because weight training could made him stiff and slow him down. Softer Physically, but
could be faster.

Jared Anderson should control his weight, i don't think it helps him if goes heavier than 265Lbs
Mike Tyson stamina at 27 was never like his stamina at age 20, Mike wasn't even heavier at later stage
of his career.

Mike was heavier later in his career by a good 10 lbs. Jared needs to be in the 240's until he completely fills out. 250+will never be a good weight for him.

Mike weight has been consistent from 1986 to 2000 mostly ranging from 218-222 LBS only. He made a huge jump to 239LBS in 2001 for Brian neilson fight for the first time.

I agree ,,,i think 250 Lbs should be a borderline weight for Jared anderson till age 30, and for Ajagba 240LBS is too light for his long frame, he needs to be around 250LBS at least.

What's your preference for Efe?
Stiff and slow? Or Soft and fast?

People are concerned about anderson weigh few pounds more than last time. Nobody talk about that guy Jeremiah Karpency, who can fight at 175 or 168 if he had some clean eating and training discipline. Cannot stand these chubby heavies. ""professional athletes""
