Wow! that was the best punch from Efe in a long time. reminded me of Wilder's ko of Breazeale.

as predicted, a fight to get efe back with a memorable ko after the lacklustre jon rice showing, now get it on the espn highlight reel

Great shot that.
Geeze earlier in the fight I thought Howard was going to get chinned while fixing his shorts, glad he stopped doing that so much.

But Don’t really know how I feel about the preformace from efe, pretty average until he landed that shot, still not ready for anyone with solid offence.

doesnt really tell us anything new does it. we already knew efe had some power and that howard was a much smaller guy with a shakey chin

TBF I think that shot woulda KO'd a lot of heavies - the power was... Savannah Marshallesque ! :box:

Really looks like he’d be troubled by someone who could back him up/punch. Great KO but Howard was brought in to be the victim

No doubt a tremendous punch, but that's all he showed us tonight. I'd like to know more about the injuries to his elbow tendons. When did they occur? Let's see his next matchup. Still a great great punch.

yep

perfect opponent for efe to get a big ko against, said it before the fight. a 40 year old former light heavy with a shaky chin.

howard was ko'd hard in his previous as well.

The punch itself was highlight reel. The sound was Wilder'esque. Outside of that, no great shakes. But it was a tremendous punch.

Love to see them put him in with Gorman on the undercard if the aj fury fight happens. Try throw a vacant commonwealth on the line or something, (assuming Nigeria is commonwealth?)... sadly I think that’s asking too much, which is absurd.

Well he's back on track with a highlight reel KO isn't he ?

Looks a good prospect - get him a CommonWealth title shot against Lenroy Thomas or Ebenezer Tetteh I say.. :yay:

what was great about the punch itself? funny how punches tend to look so much better vs chinny opponents, it's almost like the reaction of the opponent is what ppl judge...

Well.., yes, but stop being so bloody measured and reasonable!
Canelo vs Khan was a similar shot and of course it doesn't mean a lot, but...
It's why we watch boxing after all. It was surgical
