Interesting matchup in their prime at WW. You might figure Williams could used his size and stay outside and outpoint Mayorga but IMO he would trade with him and either lose a close decision or suffer a late TKO

Paul Williams would easily outbox mayorga I don't think it would be very exciting because Paul would not trade blows with mayorga and stand toe to toe the way Tito did
