Like him or not, AJ has been moved much much faster in his career than Wilder or Fury ever were, and has never shown any signs of ducking a challenge. Fury, on the other hand, has pulled out of a bunch of fights and goes through long periods of inactivity, and Wilder’s resume is a joke because his team knew he’d probably lose to the first decent guy he faced.
AJ is the people’s champ![]()

Tyson Fury: Three or Four Big Offers on The Table For Joshua Fight
WBC heavyweight champion Tyson Fury has confirmed there are 'three or four big offers' on the table for a potential unification with IBF, IBO, WBA, WBO champion Anthony Joshua.
The two champions have both agreed to a two-fight series, targeted to take place in 2021.
But, they have yet to finalize a date or secure a venue.
Both sides are targeting dates in July and several locations are interested in hosting the big fight.
"Just had some big news - three or four big offers on the table. Interest from Saudi Arabia, my gypsy brothers in Qatar, Uzbekistan, Russia, America, England. There's some big, big offers on the table," Fury said.
"I'm going to go through them on Sunday and hopefully we get this big fight on and let me smash this big dosser, big useless dosser let me say. Because when I get him, I'm going to give him [my fist]."
Fury has been applying a lot of pressure on both sides to get a deal done sooner than later.
The 'Gypsy King' has been out of the ring for over a year and his inactivity is growing by the week - which is creating a sense of urgency to return to the ring as soon as possible.
The last time Fury saw action was back in February of 2020, when he stopped Deontay Wilder in seven rounds to capture the WBC title at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas.
For his part, Joshua was in action in December, when he knocked out the IBF's mandatory challenger Kubrat Pulev in nine rounds.

Anthony Joshua vs Tyson Fury potentially heading to Saudi Arabia for July 24 as Spencer Oliver claims date and venue will be confirmed THIS WEEK
Anthony Joshua’s undisputed heavyweight title clash with Tyson Fury could well be heading to Saudi Arabia for July 24.
That’s according to Spencer Oliver, who told talkSPORT 2 he is certain both the date and location for the fight will be confirmed by the end of the week.
The 2012 Olympic Gold medallist dispatched IBF mandatory challenger Kubrat Pulev in December to edge ever closer to a unification bout with fellow Brit Fury.
‘The Gypsy King’ has waited for Joshua ever since February 2020 when he knocked out Deontay Wilder to stake his claim to being the very best heavyweight in the world.
However, the talking will stop and the world will have a definitive answer when they step in the ring to finally crown an undisputed heavyweight champion.
Joshua confirmed he had received the first official offer for the fight on Sunday evening, while Fury admitted he had received offers from a host of nations to host the fight, including Qatar, Saudi Arabia and Uzbekistan.
Although Eddie Hearn and even London Mayor Sadiq Khan confirmed they would love for the fight to be held at Wembley, it is looking ever more likely the first of the two proposed bouts will take place abroad.
And Oliver, who was in the Diriyah Arena to watch ‘AJ’ reclaim the WBO, WBA and IBF titles from Andy Ruiz back in December 2019, believes Saudi Arabia could well be the frontrunner once again.
However, the former European super bantamweight champion believes the British stars could return home for their second bout.
“Both guys were presented the offers, I think they got four offers last night,” the boxer-turned-pundit told Monday’s Sportsday on talkSPORT 2.
“They had to agree to where they would accept the fight to happen. Saudi Arabia, I think Singapore was one of them, United States was one of them and Qatar was another one.
“Like I say, Saudi has got a history of doing fights; they did Andy Ruiz vs Anthony Joshua II and that was really successful, I was out there for the week and they put on a great event. They really loved it and they were keen to get boxing back there.
“So I’ve got a feeling it will end up somewhere like Saudi, but it’s all about the site fees and who pays the most money.
“I saw the statement that Joshua and his management team put out last night saying there has been an offer put in and he seemed excited about it.
“So I think we are going to get news this week… in fact, I know we are going to get news this week.
“By the end of the week, we will know where the fight is happening, we will know when it is happening and I believe July 24 is a good date.
“I believe that it could possibly be July 24 and we will see that fight happen. If the first one does end up abroad, I think we could see the second one here.
“It could be this year as well, maybe some time in December, and we could see it an indoor stadium in somewhere like Cardiff.”

Fury: Joshua Has To Beat Me and Wilder To Be Best of This Era
Win or lose against his domestic rival, WBC champion Tyson Fury would view himself as the best heavyweight fighter of this era.
Fury's handlers are attempting to finalize a full division unification with WBO, WBA, IBF, IBO champion Anthony Joshua.
The two boxers have agreed to take part in a two-fight series. And the first encounter is only missing a concrete date and location - which both sides are currently working on.
Fury, undefeated in 31 fights, shocked the world in 2015 when he traveled to Germany and handed Wladimir Klitschko his first defeat in over a decade.
Fury would not fight again until mid-2018 - as he battled depression and substance abuse issues.
Because all of Fury's belts became vacant, it allowed Joshua to capture his current titles with fights against Klitschko, Charles Martin and Joseph Parker.
Last year, Fury made another statement when he stopped Deontay Wilder in seven rounds to capture the WBC world title.
“When I win I am the best of this era because I beat everyone in it. Klitschko, Wilder and AJ. If AJ wins he will still not have beaten anybody. He has to beat me and Wilder," Fury told Behind The Gloves.
“I don’t think he can beat Deontay Wilder, I have no love for Wilder, I think he is a piece of sh!t dosser but I am the only man who can beat him. I am not a betting man but I would put a lot of money on Wilder beating all the others, including Joshua.
"I have helped [Joshua] become a superstar. He only has his career because of me. I took Klitschko’s belts off him then had my problems and the other guys picked them up. Charles Martin would never have had a world title for AJ to win off of him without me.
“I destroyed Klitschko, mentally, physically and spiritually and took every belt he had. Then they were all taken off of me and other people picked them up. I helped them all become world champions.”

But can't be wasting any more of his prime years ,so I suppose it's a given he will fight regardless .
Just hope it's not some patsy and one of the other contenders .
Whyte would sell a few PPV's .
