Okolie has said he wants to:

Unify cruiserweight,
Win a world title (WBC) title at Bridgerweight,

Then move up to HW.

If he wins a title at BW, will you call him a 2-weight world champion?

73k viewers tuned it on Sky Sports Main Event for this..

thtis was the 10pm showing.

Some that may have Sky Sports Arena/Action, which started at 7pm, obviously would have stayed tuned in.

Kelly-Ava did just over 100k on SP Main Event.

Don't know the exact figure, but it did less than 1,028,771 viewers. I don't know how much less.

It was picked up last minute, and wasn't given any real promotion.

A lot more than 73,000. Don’t believe the hype when Eddie says how much fans love these shows. Nearly all my friends are more than casual fans and most couldn’t be bothered with Lawrence. All watched Frampton. Those figures won’t have included Ireland, he’ll have done that over there.

Sky's highest viewers are the weekend's football games, can vary between 1.2 million to 1.5 million depending on who's playing.

I remember a few years ago, Matchroom's shows were avergaing between 200k tto 300k viewers.

This was my thread for 2018.

Are those BARB figures? If so they are near worthless.

The Okolie fight was on 2 different Sky channels, available on the app (which I watched it on), available through Now TV and BARB also doesn’t take into account people who recorded it to watch without adverts/next day.

Of course Frampton did more viewers as it was available to everyone in the U.K. but as someone who’s a director of a TV channel I’d say take Barb numbers with a pinch of salt.

People consume TV very differently now than they did even when Okolie fought Chamberlain. Do many people watch everything live now? Apart from football, rugby league and some boxing, I record pretty much everything to then skip through the adverts.

Yeh, can use BARB figures to say a minimum numbers.

Like you said, now days, there's so much many other ways to watch,
