Probably because Gilga has abandoned his executive post of the IBO.
In the absence of leadership, I will make another stand in decision until he assumes the position.
One of these combatants must agree to step aside in order to allow Kid Chocolate to compete in event 8.
The fighter that steps back first will be the IBO champions mandatory in the follow up fight......provided the next fight produces some sort of an actual outcome.
