I hope he gets hammered. Not to the point of affecting his future life, but hurt bad in terms of broken bones, broken skin and humiliated.

Nice to see his Dad being so honest about
Some of the things going on that he is not happy about. Adds a nice bit of needle to it.

Billy Joe’s previous promoter will be loving it !!

Canelo-Saunders Press Conference

Canelo Alvarez: “I feel like I am in my prime. I’m going to win, without a doubt.”

Billy Joe Saunders: “It’s a legacy fight because of what is on the line. It’s the pinnacle, the top of the mountain.”

Canelo to win a 116-112 type decision, so on the actual cards canelo to win a 119-109 decision.

BJS to be in trouble on a few occasions.

As we have seen again recently with a Brit fighting in USA; it's about levels.

BJS is a level at least below Canelo.

Canelo will appear to start slow, much as he did against Callum Smith. But he will be working to a similar plan which will see him gradually breaking down then beating up BJS ..
BJS will try and survive once he feels Canelo revving it up .. best the BJS fans can hope for is the occasional brief flurry off BJS.

I still surprised some here mentioning the mythical boxing skills of BJS .. how many times have we seen them?

I don't agree he is the better boxer. Better pure defensive fighter perhaps, but canelo can fight offensively whilst avoiding getting caught significantly.

He got caught a lot less than most.

Golovkin is much more aggressive than Saunders.

i get what your saying but billy is a counter puncher as well like when he dropped lee, but i think saul doesnt really care about being hit , he is very much take a shot to throw as many back which are usually a lot more powerful and body zapping . i am a massive fan of saul problay most favourite boxer of all time in my 30s but i wont lie iam a big bjs fan too
i want billy to win ,i cant see how beats saul

Of course Canelo has had some close fights, although it's worth putting them into perspective against the guys BJS has had close fights against .. again, it's completely different levels.

People often say BJS will need a KO to win. But that's missing the point. Facts are his boxing skills are not good enough, and he just doesn't hit hard enough.

I'd favour Callum Smith over BJS; better in every dept IMO. And Smith had more than BJS to make things difficult for Canelo - but got a systematic beat down.
