His opponent will be the highest rated eligible fighter who expresses an interest.
Current champions, including the current IBO champion are all eligible....however they would not be able to unify. They would need to relinquish their belt to vye for the WBA Belt
Mandatories will be required on Event 15. Unifications may begin as early as event 20.
