Theatrics nearly over

Post by coneye »

Well now the theatrics are over , Well most of them , no doubt theres still a few more to come , but the fight will go on ,, Who wins and why .

Well i keep sayin Billys theatrics are just that, theatrics to get a rise out of Canelo , designed to get him angry and perhaps telegraphing punches , but have they worked , I don't think so .

Now i've stated i would like Saunders to win ,, the reasons are simple ,, Canelo seems a good guy , Saunders is a silly prick of a bully ,, BUT Canelo is used to having his own way and i think he's a cheat , who has always fought with an advantage , except against Mayweather and he lost ,, In reality i probably don't care , but because he's english i suppose i'll cheer Saunders on ,, but will he do it ,,, I DOUBT IT .

Does Billy have the goods to cause an upset ,, , Yes he does , but i doubt he will ,,, Getting or trying to get in Canelos head is'nt a bad thing , but it probably has'nt worked ,, Big issue over the ring size ,, Saunders being clever we know that ,, but he's not that clever Canelo agreed easy ,, because Canelo is'nt has stupid, has Billy thinks he's clever ,,, Canelo knows , that extra 2 foot , well its only a quick couple of steps and it s not there , , the main issue which Saunders has not mentioned is the canvas and underlay , how much and how thick , theres the Big issue , thats what will take legs away , and bringing it up on the day of the fight , i reckon he will get told to walk .

Billy may or may not have the goods to get him over the line ,, but one thing he's not had is the profesionalism , to beat a thorough profesional like Canelo ,, while Billy has been fooking about making an Ass of himself and changing trainers , blowing out in weight , getting hand picked fights at British level ,, Canelo has been , well Canelo .

What has struck me on this fight is Mark Tibbs , or at least the lack of Tibbs ,, It was said Billy never shown for a training session , personaly i posted on here , that would be bollocks , but now having seen Tibbs replaced at the press conference , with the John Fury Clone , Billys dad , i do believe it ,, The whole aproach is now striking me has ameteur hr , Billy will be in shape , because the work will have been done prior to getting there , , but for now its just striking me has Billy playing the part like its scripted , a sort of poor mans Tyson Fury .

Tibbs will do his job , he's a profesional ,, but Billys don't give a fook attitude , is crossing over to his camp , if he's not turning up for training , replacing Tibbs at press confrences its disrespectful to his trainer , and that whole attitude sugests to me , he's either over confident to the verge of cocky , or he's just a bigger disrespectful twat than we all think ,,,

Billy will have to learn very quick he's got 2 days to do it , that just being a gypsy born to fight is'nt gonna be enough against a consumate profesional like Canelo ,

After all the drama & talk .. what if BJS shows zero fight .. just shows a game plan that is to get to the end of the 12th without taking a solid punch, and little desire to land on? Hugging/holding/complaining from 1st to last ..

So far everything is pointing to that.

He will come to fight. He will have a game plan and hopefully stick to it. He won't be allowed to hold the ref will jump on him

I think Saunders has the tools to trouble Canelo, don’t see what he has offensively to beat him.

I just hope it isn't a bloody snoozer, with Billy on his bike from the 1st bell.

Personally I would be happy with a wide points win by Billy, that we all agree on, then officially overruled by 2 of the judges

Win,lose or draw, behind Billyjoe all the way,he's there he's ready to do the job despite all the s**t that gets said

Love watching Canelo fight too,one the most improved in years,a dedicated man,but I truly believe Billyjoe has the skills to beat Canelo, and get a win on points and that's what I'm picking

Fairplay to both men and fair play to boxing, good fight that's got many talking, even people who don't really watch it,and it's gonna the best Billy Joe in there on the night

We are all blood flesh and bone at the end of the day, give a man the right respect and don't take him lightly, which Bill won't despite the games, but don't give a man too much respect,,you've got to go for it and believe in yourself
