Big Frank looking in amazing shape at nearly 60

If you look past the guff about him going on Question Time - there is a short video of him doing his workout at the end of the article - hitting the bag, rowing machine (with some weird style he has on there) and on a treadmill...

For nearly 60 - he looks amazing! He looks as if he could still do 10 rounds - probably would be a cruiserweight these days looking at him.

He was always genetically freakish. He'd have made a top bodybuilder if he'd gone into that.

Of course some thought he was a bodybuilder in boxing gloves but that's a bit harsh IMO.

Gidday Pieman
We love Frank.
I was always a bit concerned he would blow out huge after retirement. So happy the big fella looks so good. The world is a lesser place without him in it.

G'day Kiwi! I didn't know he was a star down there in NZ - it's good to see him looking amazing! Hope you're doing well too! :TU:

Oh yeah, what isn't there to love about Frank.
Tyson, Bruno, and Holyfield all made fans down here, for differing reasons.

That’s amazing for any age let alone 60. Nice one Frank. Frank Bruno = legend.

Looks amazing. Needs to be careful on the rowing machine- looks like a rotator cuff injury waiting to happen

frank is just one of those natural physical specimens, prob already looked like a total manbeast when he was 14-15. tbh i've always thought hardcore fans underrate him
