2. No one with a rating of 10 or higher in the week of their challenge may vye for this title. However if they win it, and end up above 10, that is acceptable.

3. YOU must sanction all challengers...OR if you want to delegate that decision to your champion/s that's fine. Just let them know how much authority they have.....and of course they must follow rules 1 and 2. And if your champion should vacate, YOU decide who will vye for it next....following the above rules.

It's the shiniest belt there is........and you are it's President'e.

At times this all moves along rather quickly so if you don't have time to micro manage, you may appoint a trustee to decide for you in a "time crunch" situation.

Personally, I think the job should’ve gone to Armageto. He’s definitely the right man for the job, and is the most honest man in The Sim.
