STEPHEN FOSTER JNR - Jnr had a good KO win on Saturday night with a second round stoppage of the normally durable Frederick Bonafi . He decked the Frenchman with a jab in the first round and this was a sense of what was to happen , in the second round Jnr caught him with his pet left hook and it was good night.Fights next on the 14th October in Manchester in what we are led to believe will be a big contest.

GARY O'CONNER - On Monday night Gary had a 6 round contest with Silence Saheed from the peacock gym and came out a points winner after a good close contest. This was held at the new Anglo Sporting Clubs show in Manchester and everyone agreed it was the fight of the night.

JOHN MURRAY - Purse bids were opened today for his 12 round British final eliminating contest at Super-Featherweight against Ricky Burns.Sportsnetwork won the bids with a £16,400 bid which will be split 60/40 in favour of the winner , it is down to be held at the MEN arena on the 14th October in what looks like being another Warren mega show.
