Holy sh!t. I knew him. Not well, but I worked out at his gym in West Palm.

Saw Golota, Vernon Forrest, Mitch Green and other names train there.

Shocking that a guy who could stand on one leg for a long time would get so badly injured in a fall. Very sad.

Tragic. He was evidently in perfect health. He fell down an indoor stair case and from what I know, broke his neck and was paralyzed from the neck down. This happened in November 2020, so he clearly fought hard to live. May he rest in peace,amen.
