You'll never know for sure about such matchups of prospects against dangerous gatekeepers / fringe contenders. But usually prospects are matched against those, when their teams feel they're ready for stepping up.

What's Andrey Fedosov been up to during the last five years? Did he retire and make a comeback?

I don't know much about the guy, all I know is that he rarely fights.

That would be a good fight. You bastard I saw the subject and thought it was real instead of a figment of your imagination. If that were me I'd make it clear in the heading "Fantasy match: Sanchez-Faure v Fedosov" for example.

I think FSF lacks power but appears to have a good chin (not really tested though). I think he outworks and outboxes the hard-hitting but relatively flat-footed Fedosov but I'd expect it to be highly competitive. If I were FSF I would be looking to take on someone more highly ranked than Fedosov with a better risk/reward ratio. Maybe someone like fellow Cuban, Luis Ortiz that is if you could get him to actually fight rather than boast about how everybody is so scared of him.

Fedosov was on the verge of top level fights and then suspiciously took a break.

Still, this would be a pretty solid war

Either of these two against Zhang, or the guy that held Zhang to a draw would be good that's the type of fights we need to be getting, not Salgado and Aguilera ffs give us fights between two guys hungry to win
