Super Welterweights: Roberto Duran vs. Mark Medal

Post by scorpio83 »

15 Rounds Super Welterweight Bout

"The Hands of Stone" of 1983 would nail Medal with heavy body punches and counterpunches to KO him in 10 rounds. What do you guys think and who do you got?

Duran-Moore 2..that's what I think of this one (though Medal did hit harder than Moore and that's a lot to say!)

At 154lbs and above was the best time to beat the great Roberto Duran. But in order to beat him you had to be faster and slicker than he. You had to give him angles and not to be in front of him. Mark Medal was not that kind of fighter.

Duran by knockout. And that is if he is the 1983 version that thrashed Davey Moore.
