Wtf was that recent interview between mjp and ben Davison....it was the most blatant plug for an energy drink company going. Clearly set up, but at times even Ben looked uncomfortable at the amount of time mjp was plugging her favourite flavour

Yeah - I listened to that earlier. Really weird. I understand the need for advertising in the videos but that was just a bit creepy.

I don’t usually watch MJP but will seek out those videos, always find awkward product placement hilarious.

I used to find her trademark laugh infectious, but now she just laughs these big belly laughs for no reason - "Katie you need to hold the mic higher..... ha ha ha ha "

I'd honestly rather do 10 hours a day on a shovel amd be home with a bottle of beer and my feet up for six o'clock than do what they do.

Kugan does well for himself. He’ll get most expenses paid (at Matchroom shows at least), YTube ad revenue and then sponsorship revenue from whoever’s paying for the ads at the start/end of all of their videos. They’ll probably be getting 10s of millions of video views each month.

i knew someone who was getting hundreds of thousands of views per video, and had a video of 15m , and they were not making all that much on it, ppl overestimate how much youtubers get just from ad views, they gotta have those sponsorships and sh!t

He’d double that with YouTube ad revenue and other sponsors. I’m surprised Matchroom pay him though. Expenses I get but why pay him? He’s not going to stop going to shows if they stop paying him.

He's obviously heavily into Matchroom. Porky says a lot of very near the knuckle things.

My pet hate is Kugan calling Hearn "Edward" - it annoys the hell out of me. None of the other interviewers do that its like "oh he's my mate i can do that".

I watched 3 mins of a Porky video last night. Never seen him before. He was complaining that Kugan was giving his phone number out. And saying that Kugan had given Joshuas phone number out to Fury. And that if Kugan gave out his phone number again then he, Porky, would give out Kugans phone number. All whilst dressed in sunglasses against a green screen asking for people to give him £5.99 a month.

Boxing eh?

Kugan has just done over an hour with Eddie and whilst Eddie blames Bob for everything, Warren and Tyson a bit, Kugan never once asked why MTK weren't involved. Surely as Furys managers, they should have been involved in the negotiations. They never got mentioned. 258 did. The BJS thing was completely glossed over.
What struck me was Eddie saying he'd already done a video for Matchroom Media and in future every fighter will have to enter the hotel from the Wednesday so he can get proper access for the team he's assembling to provide content. He really is going full Dana White. I bet he meets up with him in Vegas this week again.

It makes sense to be honest. The social media/YouTube stuff for the Canelo/BJS fight was massive. Particularly compared to how the Taylor/Ramirez fight was promoted. I know neither are Canelo but, at least in the U.K., it got nowhere the coverage it should have received pre and post fight.

Not sure why Eddie didn’t mention MTK. Probably doesn’t want to piss them off given they manage several fighters he’s worked/working with. He was clearly pissed about the AJ/Fury stuff and rightly so I think. Bob’s been telling anyone and everyone the Wilder stuff wasn’t an issue and given how post announcement of the arbitration going in Wilder’s favour Bob and FW weren’t on the same page at all so not really sure how much FW gets involved. Fury should be pissed about it too.
