Why would he vacate the title? He can't get fury.

If usyk is 100 percent healthy it’s a hell of a fight. Way sharper than anyone aj has boxed. No idea what aks strategy should be, box with a boxer? Or fight with his size.. usyk dosent whack but if he lands a few strait lefts on the chin aj isn’t going to like it.

Is the only southpaw aj has fought Martin? Hardly prep for usyk. Just fear like loma that style needs full excellent fitness.

If not Fury, the Usyk bout looks the most logical. The best fight featuring Joshua, if not the undisputed championship. I'd pick Usyk to win, but it can be close, while Joshua can be aided by the judges.

In order to wait till Fury is done with Wilder(it seems they already have a contract). And after Ruiz's upset, AJ will choose his opponents mor carefully

That is what I mean. Usyk in his best is too risky for AJ

Yep, it will be very interesting if he takes this bout. Real boxing skills vs athletism

AJ does not fear Usyk, and he will not dump a belt to avoid him. Usyk will be a challenge but AJ will likely dispose of him.

Personally I'd love to see Usyk screw it all up and upset Joshua, but he's unlikely to stop him, and if it goes to the cards Joshua gets his hand raised no matter what happened in the fight.

It’s hard to believe that Shawn Porter boxed at middleweight (165) in the amateurs and beat Usyk in a USA- Ukraine dual match in 2006.

If AJ does combo, hug and lean, it won't last four rounds.
You can't box a big guy leaning on ya and AJ punches a lot harder.
And the ref will let him lean. Of course he will.

On IFL he said probably usyk next. But sounded more keen on other waiting for Tyson or fighting Ruiz in America, also floated the idea of whyte or Ortiz.
If they weren’t planning to duck Eddie would by hyping the fornicate out of this, and if they do duck fornicate them, dragging usyk along for a year, with the excuse of undisputed then when that falls through running away.

If AJ loses to Usyk he won't be able to win the rematch either. Usyk has too many skills and can adjust to any strategy from AJ. The question for me is can Usyk take real heavyweight punches.

Same. Got no idea, but my guess is: probably :D
Joyce only got him flush a couple of times, but that was years ago now.
Would have loved to see them rematch as full time HW pros.

If AJ catches Usyk with the stuff he hit Pulev and Ruiz Jr (first fight) with, he is going down. The question is not whether he can take those shots, rather if he can avoid them.

I highly doubt it. Usyk feels OK under pressure, he's more agile, fluid and elusive, while Joshua is often robotic and hesitant. Joshua looked fluid and relaxed only in the Ruiz rematch. Usyk can also take a punch. If Joshua wins, it will most likely be the Parker type of bout, but Usyk is obviously differs from Parker in many aspects.

olek is bringing a water pistol to a tank fight

he's obviously skilled but he's not quite evasive enough to get through this one. can see him being put into a shell too

ppl oftten forget, but his own stamina and work rate have been a significant part of his success, he is not some pure unhittabe slickster
