Before this, Charlo was like crickets when Hearn sent him an offer of 7 M's to fight Andrade, and now he is turning down a bigger offer of 10 M's.

I don't know what Charlo's career strategy is, but maybe he wants to build up slowly a big fight with Canelo at 168 lbs and get more money but if he keeps fighting guys like Montiel , I don't know how much it would help him.
