2 live shows this week on Fightzone
Hope everyone's having a good bank holiday! Both our Sheffield cards this week (Fri and Sat June 4 & 5) have been picked up by Fightzone and will be broadcast live https://www.fightzone.uk/
On Friday, Charlie Schofield and Mickey Ellison will headline for the vacant English Super Middleweight Title.
The following night, former English Bantamweight Champ, Marc Leach, gets a hard fight when he faces Thomas Essomba in a British Super Bantamweight Title eliminator.
Thanks for all your support...

Not the platform promised but really looking forward to see Marc Leach back in action on Saturday night .
Last time out on Sky / Matchroom he stepped up at very short notice and a weight division to school and twice floor their hot prospect Qais Ashfaq
It was a very impressive display.
Eddie constantly referred to “ winner stays on “ but shamefully it’s Ashfaq who’s been out since with no such opportunity for Leach.
It’s a poor reflection on the sport when such fighters don’t get their just rewards .
Well done Fightzone for giving such fighters an opportunity!

Re: 2 live shows this week on Fightzone
My only complaint so far is that the free undercard is shown as a separate programme. I understand why they do it, but every single week so far I’ve forgotten that I have to switch over to the main show and it confuses me

Gutted for J P Harker, Fidoe a tough test for a debutant.

Likewise…Fidoe is an experienced operator who is far better than his record suggests . He’s knows his job ,plays the role well so often but he’s been overdue a win . He probably didn’t expect it but will no doubt enjoy the rare win.

Fun scrap Whittaker and Healy. Both out of shape, gassed but throwing.

Yeah enjoyable fight that.
Re: 2 live shows this week on Fightzone
Quality show.
Good to see decent scores read out.
Fidoe looked good and deserved the win.
Healy/Whittaker a low skilled slugfest but highly enjoyable.
Enjoyed the Fewkes performance and who knows… maybe he can win an English title?
Skeete was completely under matched but good reffing.
Main event was class.. Schofiled looks like he could win a British belt if he learns to fight behind the jab with discipline.
4.99 for the month? Horny that.
