No. by December this year it would be an upset still but not a huge one. The key is you have to veiw mayweather not as the best of an era but as how good he is right now (or in december).. the answer is most likely 50th-100th in the world, it could be slightly better or slightly worse but that kinda range.

So then the question is: if you take an athletic 19 year old and get them to train boxing (not real full time, but pretty full on with unlimmited resorces)and train them for 4 years and weight 190+lb, then would them beating boxrecs number 75 welterweight be the biggest upset of all time? to that i would say, nup.
