He’s entertaining but will always be in good fights. I haven’t seen much hype saying he’s going to win anything or have I missed that? I’d rather see Babic fight than other several other guys early on in their careers.

Wow, 1,000 Geordies can make some noise
Anyone know what the pint per Geordie will be by the time the main event starts?

He's hyping himself up which I get but nobody else is hyping him up. I think we all know that his chin is going to get cracked badly and that will probably lead to a couple more bad KO's and retirement.maverick23 wrote: ↑12 Jun 2021, 16:07He’s entertaining but will always be in good fights. Never an encouraging sign when the commentator predicts a chess match!

I see loads of comments on YouTube , if you look at the highlights of tonight's fight on there tomorrow you'll see the hype , Sky have done their best too .TheLeprechaun wrote: ↑12 Jun 2021, 16:13He's hyping himself up which I get but nobody else is hyping him up. dacres can obviously box decently,, but fischer looks like total crude novelty crap so far, like a tough guy who doesnt know how to box. i would have to take adaleye to ko himmaverick23 wrote: ↑12 Jun 2021, 15:06I strangely quite like Dacres and Fisher although for different reasons. I’d pick both over Adaleye now and we’re not blessed with loads of other good heavys with less than 10 fights.jameswilson wrote: ↑12 Jun 2021, 14:59 Someone’s gonna make some money off of Dacres, Babic and Johnny Fisher with a well timed bet on an underdog over the next few years.
Dacres has a good engine but isn’t planting his feet enough. He’s got a good work rate though and nice shot selection. Also find it strange how he leans away when under pressure. needs to get out of that or his chin will be tested in his next few fights.
Fisher seems very heavy handed but may be 1 dimensional. Will be a fun fighter though whilst it lasts.

i like the cabbage, just take him for what he is. i havent seen any knowledagble fan hype him to be any major contender or anything like that.
a heavy handed guy who comes to throw down, delivers some nice kos and will surely be knocked out when he does lose

It is what it is, he's a crude novice with a big gob. It's a shame Dave Allen isn't still active, because that would be an interesting fight.

He’s just keeps talking about Savanah Marshall, then mentioned the North East twice in one sentence.
Then mentions some legendary Mexican boxers..
So predictable.

Fair play to him though, because that fight would be huge in their home country. A year's very limited, so he has to make the most of what he's got, banter and blunt force trauma.rd350lc wrote: ↑12 Jun 2021, 16:39He was calling out Hrgovic not so long agoListon Like Jab wrote: ↑12 Jun 2021, 16:31

Sky just did a montage of their 30 years in boxing. Obviously ushering in a new era after the years exclusive with Matchroom.
If you didn’t enjoy watching that montage you ain’t a boxing fan, regardless of what you think of Sky as a company there’s some great memories there.
