I'd favor Butterbean.
At the weight of 300 lbs, the Bean was just right.
Gigantic Power and deceptively quick.
Galento had quite a bit of a punch himself, but I think he'd be outgunned and overwhelmed in this bout. The Bean either gets a 3rd round tko or wins by UD,while scoring a few knockdowns in the bout.

Tony Galento actually tested himself sometimes, and had more ability out of necessity than Butterbean was ever demanded to have.
