He’s also lost to Liam Smith since and the three most recent wins on his cv have been against boxers with poor / loosing records .

there have been a few domestic guys given old, irrelevant, mexicans to test themselves against recently and a title will probably be placed on the line too. its crazy to think how they can be wheeled out on what they did a decade or so ago, no ones trying to pass off alan shearer has a world class footballer in 2021! fowler should dominate and force a stoppage, and if he doesnt his stock should go down imo.

cheeseman has beaten most of the domestic level guys, although fowler and fitz are probably a bit higher than him at this stage, and will be good to watch if they come off.

sergio is a proper euro champ, which essentially means hes a world class/fringe contender, i think he beats all the uk guys, maybe not fitz though.

kurbanov, smith, serg garcia, and fundora all beat him for me. wouldnt be surprised at all if cheese beat him too. fowler so far has been a front runner, mainly bullying smaller / mediocre guys and losing his step up vs fitz, that's not too impressive
