This is a good fight for where conor is at. It seems weak because of how much conor runs his mouth about being ready for champs but Granados is decent. Of his 8 losses only only Danny Garcia, Porter and Diaz beat him convincingly.

If This fight is close then it was obviously a good pick and conor will learn, if conor fuks him up then its a very impressive performance and if conor loses then hard to claim its too easy a fight...

I dont mind how conors opponents have been shaping up, id much rather they pick 30-6 guys that have lost to the best than padded 20-0 guys. My only problem with it is, if your fighting well below world levle, should be aiming at 4 fights a year, not 2 a year.

Yeah he did stumble against the frenchie which I think his team slowed the incline in opposition for a bit. This fight is the one to see where he is at alright, as long as Granados brings it- and he should

30-6 guys who lost to the best....if you mean sam vargas, his wins are entirely padded btw, just like the 20-0 guys, and he's just been a punch bag vs the big bois

I was talking about vargas and granados and even formela (although he dosent have the losses i still feel he is that kinda guy) types rather than anyone in particular. I know your views on vargas, but he was a decent pick at least to get some rounds in (not in hindsight...).

formella 1 and grandos are/were good opponents at least. both would beat 60 second sammy, as would guys theyve beaten. formella was never close to being stopped by porter btw

He’s fighting known opponents now, who have been in with some of the best, but are clearly never good enough and not in their prime.

if granados has 80 percent of what he used to, he can give con a real fight. obviously a lot of losses there, but many of them were super competitive fights vs good opponents

It's an 8 rounder.

Babic is also fighting time and if Bennett trains hard he can certainly give him a rough night. My only concern is that Mark hasn't fought since the boxxer tourney and did have a fight lined up with an ex Hughie Fury opponent for a trinket but the fight didn't come off which was bullshit.

Infact Mark has been struggling to get fights because no one in his bracket will fight him. It seems he was bypassed an English as again they chose an easier option. Bennett is certainly area level and a win away from the English title and a win against Babic would give him the break he needs. Mark knows time is not on his side but if no one his level will fight him it's difficult. He's sparred with the best heavyweights in the UK apart from AJ and against Price he wasn't made a mug in the ring.

Galahad vs Dickens is obviously the eye catching fight - but rest is a bit meh.

There are lots of good fights but just too much talk pre announcement has made it feel like a bit of a letdown. Eddie’s probably the best promoter (outside of Jake Paul) in boxing but he should wait until fight’s are announced before selling them.

PBC did it well with Pacquiao/Spence - they just announced it. If it had been discussed or teased in the weeks beforehand then no one would have been as bothered by it.

not going to disagree, although adrian who may be young, is shopworn as fck and so is old in boxing years, which is a shame because i cant see him winning. benn probably gets another nice performance and inflates his rep.
