What the hell is he doing max benching for a heavyweight title fight? His form is horrific yet his reaction is even more embarrassing.
If he is doing compound lifts then the dude needs to do some squats.
140kgs for a man of his weight is in no way impressive.

I fear that this guy has brain-damage caused by Fury.

I’m not sure if he’s brain damaged but he’s always been deluded. It’s unfortunately what happens to a lot of fighters when they surround themselves with yes men.

The sad thing is that the only person in his team that wanted the best for him was thrown out with stupid accusations thrown against him.

I can see Wilder getting hurt badly here. No way will Malik pull him out. This could be a prolonged beating where Wilder gets significant neurological impairment.

That doesn't look anywhere near 140KG? Without using 20KG plates there is no way what's on that bar is anywhere near 140KG.

TBH he's grinding out an assisted single with a weight that looks around 80-90KG which is frankly a bit embarassing.

basically everybody who ever meets him, first thing they should do it look down and say 'do legs'

they should also answer any question from him by giving the answer to the question, but always saying 'but only after you do legs though'

Surely not, that is insane for a guy who walks around at 85kg and is not a weightlifter
