Yes to GGG. He was a king of the comparably weak era, but eventually he won Canelo and had an either going affair against him. He looked better than Hopkins, who will be there soon.

Both are in the hall of fame, but there are boxers rated higher than them who are not. If only peak ability was considered, then Loma gets inducted for sure. I would say yes to HOF for Loma. besides being like 400-1 as amatuer which I don't know counts as HOF critrea 2 time olympic gold medalist, he was undefeated as pro for almost 5 years fighting some good fighters along the way.

Also Loma boxing style very unique , effective, and fun to watch...I have described Loma as the Michael Jordan of boxing some of lomas moves you just go wow, like when jordan used to do some of his dunks and drives ,,just an athletic marvel.

I'd say his Pro career on it's own merits would get him at this point, but he wouldn't have had the pro career he's had as fast as he had it without the Amateur pedigree.

Loma is already a boxing legend - none of this Rock and Roll hall of fame crap applies here.

He now fights well outside his size/weight class and more or less began his pro career at the very top.

The boxing world has seen nothing like him before, but thanks to the well documented training methods implemented by his father Anatoly we may see some more in the future.

Having a father who has been a decent boxer himself certainly seems to be an advantage in this game.

Unless of course they were an absolute boxing legend like Julio César Chávez. In those cases the bar seems to be set a little too high for any kid to jump.

I'd say a weak no. Beating a bunch of nobodies, losing to Teo. Beating Rigondoux who went up 3 divisions to take the fight. I realize that this does qualify for the regular hof but it doesn't for the requirements that I would make.

Let's take a look at these nobodies.

Jorge Linares, Gary Russell Jr, Rigondeaux, Luke Campbell, He retired the undefeated Nicholas Walters who had run through Nonito Donaire with ease. Donaire is still making waves now.

The win over Gary Russell was in Loma's 3rd pro fight. The win over Walters was in his 8th pro fight.

Those are the only losses those guys ever took.

Jose Pedraza is arguably Tank's best win to date. Loma beat him also.

Even most of his 2nd tier wins are very solid.

He's still only had 17 pro fights, and both of his losses were very competitive, and hardly embarrassing losses.

He ain't done yet either. I'd almost guarantee he's got more World Title wins in his future before he retires.
