Prime vs prime, 12 rounds.

Who wins, how, why?

Gotta agree with this.

Both are skilled boxers with a hard punch. Haye could have an edge in speed, but Briedis could neutralize it with his timing and technical abilities. Haye was elusive, but still he could be catched, especially by a such dangerous competitor like Briedis, who is smart and skilled enough to deliver his power. Briedis himself has a better chin than Haye, which would give him an advantage in exchanges. Haye would make it a competetive fight, but Briedis would edge it, possibly with catching Haye at some point, more likely later on.

I'd take Breidis to stop him in a competitive bout.
