Guerrero is fighting Aiken for the IBF title so who can Cook fight to become mandatory for the WBC?

Lets hope he just gets the shot then... as Woods eventually did despite never fighting the nominated Michael Nunn.
I just hope the name Juan Manuel Marquez is not on the WBC's minds.
Soto has moved up also (well it seems) as he is slated to fight Bobby Pacquiao.
