I don't count Brian Mitchell out. He was one of the most underrated boxers and champions of my lifetime. He was always in the greatest of shape and was a busy performer.

Diego Corrales might be the most famous fighter. And probably the most powerful puncher because of his height and leverage. But, I think that Mitchell could pull an upset here.
