she defo did not win tournaments she said she did , so she has no problems lying

it's not so much having a problem with her specifically as it is the whole 'youre hot, so you dont have to fight anyone and you'll still get a world title shot and continual tv spots' that is the annoying thing

the 3-9 chick would prob still be her best win. she is more accomplished as a ring girl than boxer
I looked into Australian amateur records. What a kerfuffle.
Especially the womans. I did find a list of female Australian amateur champions, but not Australiasian Golden Gloves championships records. It seems not updated and outdated. :maybe:

You aren't wrong

Makes a mockery of womens boxing though
That woman can actually fight though. She's tough. Nobody can deny that. She may have lost in that match against Shannon Courtenay but it was competitive.
Heck yeah, that was a gutsy performance. Horrendous eye injury that even made the mainstream news. She fought on. Was a good amateur as well, gold at south Pacific golden gloves.
Mockery of woman's boxing my arse
Well if you listen and believe the people who have lookes at her recors and claim it to be lies , then alls you can do is analize it , and look at it this way ,, she does'nt have a ameteur record , she did',t win any pacific golden gloves ,, which they don't have has far as i know , they have pacific games so in that she would of had to represent Aust , which i don't think sh did ,, Anyway , if you agree that she only got the gig , cos she's pretty and got big tits ,,

Well then it leaves the question begging , Just how bad is Sharon Courtney after all she gave her a hard fight , lets go one further , this chick is tougher by a country mile than Billy Joe Saunders .. who still by the way has'nt posted any x rays or prove he had the operation ,, You know the one where he was diagnosed with broken eye socket , hospitalized , operated on , and allowed out and too fly home all within 4-5 days .

Putting an under qualified unsuitable moron like Maya Jama in a sports presenting role sets back the cause of equality for women far further than the inoffensive age old tradition of ring card girls ever did.

Mad thing is - the people wanting them banned arent the fans of the sport, or the girls doing it. It’s people
outside the sport, and the profession, saying it shouldn’t be happening.

No ring card, or PDC walk on girl, or F1 grid girl is made to do it. They choose to do it to make money in their chosen profession.

Wasn’t the original argument that women shouldn’t be dictated to about what they can and can’t do. Now people who have nothing to do with it are telling them what they can and can’t do.

And let’s have it right - majority of those against it are dowdy feminists being offended on behalf of others.

If you hate men so much why do you have our haircuts and dress like us .

unlike yourself, some of us have also trained and boxed proper am bouts too, and actually can box just a bit
She got the fight because of her looks and more importantly because she was one of the few that Pat Butcher could beat.
Embarrassing really that Caroline Dubois is only good enough to be a quarter finalist in the Olympics while they are giving out world titles.
However while the Aussie lacks talent, skill, experience and any decent wins she actually won me over and I have no problem with her getting more chances as by showing balls that BJS only can dream of, she deserves it.
I am ashamed to say that I really enjoyed that fight.

I'm fine with it so long as they're treated and paid well, which in boxing I very much doubt. I suspect the real money's in backstage favours.

There’s normally a pissed up boxer , official trying to graft on them all night.

I remember one of the fat , balding referres who was always giving dodgy decisions (can’t remember his name ) sat leering over them giving them shit chat. He must have been delusional thinking he could put a 20yo hottie.

UFC ring girls are reputedly paid $18,000 a year. This excludes jobs outside the UFC, like modeling

For many it was just another string to their bow, along with corporates, meet and greets etc. Compared
to the average 9 to 5 gig, the money is not too shabby at all.

They probably do at least x20 that salary with other endorsements. Arianny Celeste has 3.3m insta followers which, I would guess, the bulk have come from her exposure in the UFC.

Yeh, they probably get paid way more from endorsements/sponsors etc.

Well, some of them, not all..
