Big 2 stone size difference.
Haye does what the fornicate he wants in this fight, even at 40.
Guessing Haye takes in easy and stops his mate with culminating shots late or gets a wide UD.
Boxing is a joke.
Mate, Fournier ain't got a pot to piss in. The guy is a fraudster, a skank, a compulsive lying bullshatter.

Billionaire? He's a narcissistic attention seeking accident waiting to happy. Con man
I genuinely don’t know him. Just read he’s a self-made billionaire.

The link I posted earlier does a pretty complete and well-researched demolition job on him. I'd be surprised if he's ever had a million quid to hand, let alone a billion.

Possibly a bit of both. I suspect it costs a lot to live like David Haye.
There was also talk that he lost a lot of money in a Hayemaker gym venture in Dubai.
Throw in a divorce and fortunes can dwindle.
But it could purely be missing the limelight.
He wouldn't be the first not to be able to let it go.
There's also talk Fournier bailed him out of it.
Hadn't read that, but it makes plausible sense.
I was living in Dubai then and met a few of the people involved, including Haye and his business partner Alberto Barbeiri, but there was no involvement from Fournier to my knowledge - his isn't a name that ever came up. The plans were pretty advanced and I know the architect they commissioned, so something definitely went wrong with the funding, but no idea how much Haye put in personally, I got the impression they were looking for investors.

If this type of rubbish sells - then nobody can criticise the Paul brothers because clearly boxing nowadays is not about skill or ability but merely celebrity. And the Paul brothers are doing it better than most.

I think this flops but it's hard to know it's nearly more targeted at MMA fans.

Even a cursory glance at Fournier's record on company's house, shows that he is completely full of cack. Not a single company he has been involved with has made a profit, and strangely there's no record of any of them being bought out bya FTSE 100 company.

Total fantasist.

Haye looks in great condition, just like he did for the second Bellew fight.

Astounding that his story's been regurgitated whole by the newspapers without challenge despite this information being easy to find and a matter of public record. (Or not, given the uselessness of the media these days)

This is a new low by Haye. The fakest beef money can buy. I wouldn’t watch if it happening in my garden.

They will be hot on the drug testing I’m sure.

It's quite a shocking indictment of the standard of modern journalism.

It took me 5 minutes of research to see his claims were utter hogwash.

It won't sell. Fournier isn't even vaguely famous, and even the casuals know Hayes shot to bits.

Imo sales will be about De Le Hoya and the MMA guys, this is just filler.

I do wonder is it overkill, Jake Paul fighting Woodley so close too on PPV in America.

Great research by that man. I wander what the real story of Jocelyn Joe Fournier is? I mean you at least need SOME cash to pretend to be that rich, to get in the right clubs, look the part, live in Dubai.
Regardless that is some bullshiter and fantasist….. in this day and age where everything is searchable.

Surely Haye must know he’s a bullshitter by now. Haye is not the kind of guy to throw a fight, he’s an alpha type (to con the public that’s he’s not injured and grab a few million, sure - though he probably thought he COULD still belt out Bellend even injured)…. Also Haye is a spiteful bastard in the ring, and out of it if accounts that he knocked out his talented younger brother in sparring and in his living room…..

I think Haye is pleased for the payday but also pleased at having the opportunity of smashing his fake mate with his fake billions who prob conned David in some way…… Fournier is prob so deluded he thinks he has a chance. Haye by BRUTAL 1st round ko for me. The only way that doesn’t happen is if Haye loses both legs before the fight or gets paid to carry Fournier for a few rounds, though as Jocelyn’s money seems to be a figment of his imagination I doubt it….

Haye comes across as a total bullshitter too. Both obsessed with their vacuous circle and knocking off tarts I imagine.

True but there's a marked difference - Haye is an ex silver world championship medallist, ex undisputed cruiserweight and heavyweight champion who has actually made 10s of millions (regardless of what's left now) and has never claimed to be a billionaire..... Jocelyn is an utter bullshitter whose claims carry no water..... and is 48 years old.... and has fought all but 2 fights in the Dominican republic against stiffs he likely paid to lie down. He also failed a drug test when he fought in Belgium.

Also Haye has no doubt banged beautiful and well known women, whereas Fournier takes selfies with 'slebs' and claims to be bonking them in the PR releases he distributes to lame tabloids (using 'bonk' ironically :-))

I would suggest there's a big difference

To be fair to sky on THIS occasion (so far) they seem to be only focusing on Haye and a least Haye was an ex proper boxer.... almost the case of "why you coming back Haye" - not really giving the other fella the time of day.

Haye's "two alpha males peacocking in front of girls" comment had me snorting like anything. He's pushing middle-age, next stop he's the new Wayne Lineker.

How much can this fight actually be worth to him? I can't see it being even being chief support, surely that will be Silva-Ortiz.

To be fair - he's loaded (or at least should be), is clearly still the body beautiful and still has the looks. I really can't envisage even an 18 year old saying "he's too old" when he looks like that and probably splashes the cash.
