On any sports forum you are going to find fans talking sh1t. Some are going to like you, some aren't. It seems odd than someone tough enough to get punched in the face for a living, by some really fierce mofos on their way up, should be sensitive about criticism from those who don't have what it takes or simply choose easier ways to get by in the world.

Maybe you would be kinder to yourself if you were to avoid fan comments. Having said that I struggle to think of any heavyweight outside the elite who is spoken about with more genuine affection and respect on this site.

Good luck to you Joey. Most of us wish nothing but good things to happen for you.
Ahh thank you. I love interacting with boxing fans. At the end of the day, I’m just a regular person who just so happens to be a professional boxer as well 😂😂😂

I like looking at all the good and bad things. It is what it is. LOL thank you for your reply! 💪🏻💪🏻
Hey Joey out of interest as a ballpark figure how much did Joshua pay you for sparring when you knocked him out before Ruiz fight? :TU:

Everything is relative as they say. Who was the Klitschko wannabe, not Victor VYkhryst?

@ James: I don't know mate. Beating Hrgovic by the sounds of it if Morm and Maggie are both right :D

@ Morm: I didn't know he'd ever beaten Hrgovic. I was first alerted to his top-tier quality, watching him score a well deserved amateur decision over Magomedrassul Majidov. I wonder if we'll ever see him again after his nasty defeat/ injury by Fedosov. :verysad:

I'd like to see Zhan Kossobutskiy fight some decent fringe contender like Chisora or Bakole next time out, or at least someone on the level of Jonathan Rice, Nathan Gorman or Andriy Rudenko.

He's already age 32, so he needs to be moved fast.

I'd like that as well , Del Boy is probably too expensive. Maybe Bakoke aslo.
I'll take your Gorman, Rice, and Rudenko :TU: and raise you Fabio Wardley :-P
Seriously though, it depends so much now on Zhan's team regarding who and how much they can afford.

agron smakici

i remember reading articles about him, and there was nothing about any impresive amataeur background or boxing ability, it was all, 'oh he's so handsome and so tall and such a gentleman, the new klit' .....made me wanna see him ktfo lol

Oh ok I never knew Smakici had been compared to Wlad  Well I guess they're both 6' 6". It was an impressive victory but I wasn't surprised as by the time that happened. I was already onboard the Kossobutskiy train.

@Morm: Thanks for confirming. I did think if he'd beaten Hrgovic we would probably have been aware of that.

The big Nigerian was Onoriode Ehwarieme. I think I got the spelling right but just don't ask me to say it

I assumed wrong, an apology to James. nothing new for Hrgovic, should he fight in 5 days? they hide the name of the opponent like a snake's foot

Oh my, that looked like a horrible dive. I wonder, what weight Dawejko had, probably his biggest. He cleary didn't prepare and came in the ring for a paycheck.

Not really but Smakici, Ehwarieme, Dawejko is a logical progression. Maybe he will have Kuzmin, Hammer or Washington in his gunsight or someone of that level. Jonnie Rice is another possibility or maybe Jerry Forrest. Both guys are riding their wave at the moment.

Nice matchups. Hopefully he fights some of the mentioned next instead another fading journeyman.

What do you guys think?

It looked like a dive. From the best available angle the punch didn't seem legit. Dawejko clearly acted when he was getting up. Bruce Seldon deserved the Oscar much more than Joey.
