Re: Round-by-Round: Anthony Cacace vs. Leon Woodstock - 28 August 2021
Not a classic, I've got it 117-112 Ennis-Brown, fought his fight, a lot of missing and holding from both men but Maxwell probably the more guilty party, he had no interest in mixing it up on the inside and always held when up close, Ennis-Brown really herky jerky but quick and slippery, was able to land the lead left and stepped in with with jab, missed with tons as well, Maxwell was on front foot but couldn't get off, Ennis-Brown pot shotted his way down the stretch, Maxwell threw caution to the wind a bit after getting cut in the 9th but still couldn't land anything meaningful
Wow what a sh1t decision, they useless fckers have now signed us up for another 12 rounds of that

I’m really starting to like Frampton as a commentator, he can’t NOT speak his mind and sticks to his guns

Yeah he's honest it's refreshing hopefully they don't turn him into a company man like most boxing punditsJamesPhilips wrote: ↑28 Aug 2021, 16:08 I’m really starting to like Frampton as a commentator, he can’t NOT speak his mind and sticks to his guns

I have to agree, altho I didn't score it. I fast forwarded a bit of it even. It was a shocker. Tbh this isn't amateur boxing that sort of style is a hard ask.
I suspect we get a rematch but it's very likely to be a similar fight.

Even after two defeats Tunde still seems unbearably cocky.
Re: Round-by-Round: Anthony Cacace vs. Leon Woodstock - 28 August 2021
A guy who's 5 from 5 in KO defeats when losing facing - deadly puncher who's been working on "not waiting so much".
I will not be scoring this 1 or (hopefully) 2 round fight...

Theran looks fleshy.

Pointless bollox of a fight that does nothing for boxing's image.

Anyone else look at that and think it looks more than a bit dodgy.

I'm not sure how that got sanctioned, really counting on the main event to save this card now

Looks like a dive to me. Hope he got paid well.
Least Theran is following up with his bullshit dramatics by receiving oxygen.

They weren’t hard clean shots. The first one especially was a glancing blow. Fckin dreadful.jameswilson wrote: ↑28 Aug 2021, 16:25 Anyone else look at that and think it looks more than a bit dodgy.
Re: Round-by-Round: Anthony Cacace vs. Leon Woodstock - 28 August 2021
He's been stopped 5 outta 5 whenever he steps up - n Rs, 1,3,5 etc. and Yarde is the biggest puncher he's ever faced.
I really doubt he's faking it - those body shots sliced him in half.

Wtf you talking about
They were brutal body shots on a beefed up middleweight with a big flabby belly, there's no chance he was faking.

I actually like Carl as a commentator, I do find him a little hard to understand because I'm foreign. I wonder if they pay them by the kilo?
That would make Carl excellent value compared to say, Bellew
