Mickys manager was Dave Garside who ran most of the doors in Hartlepool.
Doormen might have turned a blind eye to some of Mickys (or more likely his entourages antics)because essentially they both had the same boss, but I’ve never heard any stories about Micky fighting bouncers

So Sunny is a world champion and been quite impressive. But despite his Twitter ‘celebrity’ he will never make big money. Also he’s 8 stone and 5ft3. So won’t get the respect a big man gets; he would be beaten to a pulp by the average pub fighter and would have no chance against a big bouncer.

So would you prefer to be a Heavy who will never be world champion and is somewhat of a gatekeeper to the world class fighters?

Say a Chisora. Or maybe a Dave Allen is a better suggestion. Obviously Chis has at least boxed for the world title and has earned millions which Edwards never will, so maybe that’s an unfair comparison.

Dave Allen will surely earn more than Sunny, so would David Price, even Nathan Gorman.

And who wants to be a 5ft3 8 stone man? I would hate it. However Edwards can always say he’s a world champion, but what does that mean when if he walked into a pub and declared ‘I can whip any man in the house!’ He would be going home in an ambulance?

That is definitely more accurate BigEars- Micky is a “lively” character when he’s on the drink but some of his mates are a different nuisance level
