I'm disappointed of boxing bc of lacking of good fights, very poor matches for a lot of money

Yup, it's a big business and I guess the fighters are happy with getting those M's paydays and fighting less risky opponents, And I'm talking about the fighters that are still young.

For me only AJ vs Usyk its a quality fight for 2021.

I'd like to see fights like Beterbiev vs Smith, Bivol vs Zurdo Ramirez; Canelo vs Benavidez; Charlo vs Andrade/ Eubank Jr or Munguia(or any mix); Lopez vs Haney; Tank vs Loma or Lopez; TC vs Spence; Inoue vs Casimero

Wilder vs Whyte would be a good match too.

Im sick of protecting fighters to preserve the "0" then they fight a live opponent and fall on their arses. What a waste of time.
And all these contenders in a holding pattern waiting for a title fight. Fighters fight.

A lucky guy that really succeeded is Saunders. After fighting guys like Adamu, Isufi, Coceres, and a washed up Murray keeping his O, then he got a mega fight with Canelo bc Canelo wanted that belt from BJS.

Now it seems that some champions follow that pattern too like: the young fighters from 160 are staying safe and wait to make the jump at 168 when Canelo would run out of opponents at 168, and then the champions from 175 are keeping their belts so tight hoping that Canelo would want to conquer that division too.

At 147 Crawford should've already fought a name like Porter, Garcia, Ugas or Spence, if he really wanted.

At 135 beside Lopez and Loma, the rest of the top crop are protecting their O like crazy.

To me, it’s clearly been my least favorite years watching Boxing. I think that what makes it even worse are a couple of factors:

1. Twitter/Instagram machismo. How old is THIS getting? Since we aren’t getting any fights equating to any kind of magnitude, fans are now resorting to actually being entertained by these ridiculous social media battles and determining a winner of them. Instead of two gladiators climbing through the ropes and handling it like the greats that we grew up watching.

2. Boxing fans were sold so much garbage from these various streaming services that promised us the sky. Now, if fans are like me, you all have been paying multiple streaming channels monthly and can’t remember the last time we saw anything worth the minimal monthly charges that we continue to pay. On top of that, we are still expected to now pay PPV fees for the fights promised to be inclusive of our monthly streaming subscriptions.

The whole sport is a mess and now that we are all paying these criminals monthly whether an entertaining card is scheduled or not, there’s no urgency to assemble entertaining cards like was required prior to this mess. They are all getting steady fixed revenues now year round. It’s no longer the goal to have 8-10 cards/fight nights to keep these criminals afloat. No urgency whatsoever.

I honestly couldn't care less really. Boxing can suck all it wants. It really doesn't take Abc titles, huge promoters or big name fighters to make good fights. I hope it all burns so that something better can rise from its ashes.

Thats a very toxic $hit that is possessing the minds of people big time.

But all it seems like a silent agreement of a "cartel" to milk as much money as they can from the customers and it works pretty damn well.
