Who do you think Mall Charlo and Andrade will fight next?
I mean c'mon man these "champs" need to stop staying safe and protect their "0".
Charlo could move up at 168 and fight Benavidez and still keep that 160 wbc title if he wants to. Charlo didn't look so good in his last fight against Montiel- a B level fighter, and he should start thinking of stepping up bc his prime is going away.
Andrade could fight Eubank Jr or even BJS and I think DAZN would put some good money in these fights. As well, Andrade is wasting his time fighting stiffs.

Demetrius Andrade is likely to face Jason Quigley next, with Felix Cash stepping in if the Irishman rejects Matchroom's offer.apollo creed wrote: ↑22 Sep 2021, 06:10 I mean c'mon man these "champs" need to stop staying safe and protect their "0".

And I'm guessing that Jermall Charlo will engage in a stay-busy bout prior to facing the eventual winner of the Munguia-Derevyanchenko WBC eliminator.
I don't think there's any point in mentioning Charlo or Andrade in the same sentence until 2022, because it’s clear they aren’t facing each other anytime soon.
Apologies, but perhaps we should lock this thread and create a new one when we finally receive official news that Andrade and Charlo are facing each other.
Because let’s face it apollo, how may threads do you really need to create to discuss a potential bout between Andrade and Charlo? It's like a broken record.
For whatever reason, which I can't be bothered to discuss, Golovkin, Charlo and Andrade don't want to fight each other. It's as simple as that!
And I’m not being combative either, because I can’t be bothered to argue with anyone today. Instead I’m just telling you how it is (based on easy to research facts), but if you want to believe something else, then that’s up to you.
Re: Who do you think Mall Charlo and Andrade will fight next?
If Mall turned down a $7 million offer to fight Andrade, obviously he doesn't want it.

Andrade made that figure up.
Nobody from Matchroom nor Charlo’s side corroborated Andrade’s claims. They refused to confirm numbers.
No one can prove Andrade’s claims.
The media only reported the figure cited by Andrade.
Andrade also alleges the Canelo rejected a $40m offer to face him.
Exactly the same scenario.
And yet Matchroom won’t spend any money orchestrating meaningful bouts for Andrade against any of his fellow stablemates.
You could spend an entire decade of your life on a 24/7/365 basis trying to find evidence to support Andrade’s claims, but you’ll definitely find none.

Re: Who do you think Mall Charlo and Andrade will fight next?
FINALLY PROOF!!
Hearn Offers Charlo One-Fight Deal For Andrade May Unification
Matchroom Boxing head Eddie Hearn has offered a “huge” and “substantial” one-fight deal to WBC middleweight champion Jermall Charlo this week to face WBO champion Demetrius Andrade in a unification matchup in May.
Hearn told Boxing Scene. that terms of the deal are similar to the one he just procured with Mikey Garcia, which was a one-fight, $7 million deal, with an option to extend, to face Jessie Vargas on DAZN.
“Whatever [Charlo] wants,” emphasized Hearn.
If Charlo were to fight on DAZN, he would potentially pave a path for himself to fight Canelo Alvarez down the line, Hearn noted. In previous months, Alvarez and his team have identified Charlo as a potential opponent down the line.
“I can’t at the moment, deliver the mega fight to Andrade that he needs. I’ve tried. The guys are not queuing up to fight him,” said Hearn, who promotes Andrade. “It’s kind of like [Charlo and Andrade] need each other. Charlo has got no one to fight, and no one really wants to fight Andrade. So you have to give Charlo all of the money to say ‘come fight with us.’ Because really, Andrade is going to miss the boat in terms of his prime to have these kind of fights. Demetrius does need that marquee fight, and it’s not for lack of trying.”

Yeh it doesn't say $7m exact!
but it said
Hearn told Boxing Scene. that terms of the deal are similar to the one he just procured with Mikey Garcia, which was a one-fight, $7 million deal, with an option to extend, to face Jessie Vargas on DAZN.
So we can agree it was a substantial amount.

Also from what I see Charlo is ok to fight safe guys in-house , waiting to move up for a Canelo fight at the right time.

None of the top-three world rated (ESPN, The RING, TBRB etc.) middleweights want to fight each other.
The division is in a terrible state right now.
It's tragically sad to say that the most impressive victory gained by GGG, Charlo or Andrade within the last three years is Jermall's win against Derevyanchenko.
I've lost patience with the division.
Out of interest, can you name any young prospects, in their early twenties, that seem destined to dominate the division within the next two years or so, because I can’t think of any?
I’m more inclined to follow an exciting 160lbs prospect right now than veterans like GGG, Charlo or Andrade that regularly face less-than-stellar opposition.

Keep looking for that $7m quote allegedly uttered by Hearn or Charlo, because you simply won't find it! Only Andrade made that claim.
Perhaps Matchroom really did offer Charlo a decent payday, but I bet you it wasn't as big as $7m.
So I'll agree to compromise, by conceding that Hearn might have offered something decent, but that's all.

Eddie Hearn was willing to disclose the terms of the deal he offered Luis Ortiz when the Cuban ducked the AJ bout.
Eddie Hearn actually disclosed the $4m offer that Andy Ruiz Jr. declined when the Mexican-American rejected the Dillian Whyte fight.
However, all you’ve got is Hearn saying the word “similar”. He actively refused to corroborate Demetrius Andrade's claims.
Like I said before, Matchroom probably did offer Charlo a decent payday – I’ve even posted videos of him confirming this, but he didn’t offer $7m. And he refused to confirm that amount when he was flat-out asked!
If you believe in Andrade's sincerity, then I have to assume you feel that Canelo ducked Boo Boo (i.e. the alleged $40m offer)?
Spend 24/7/365 on researching this matter, but you'll definitely fail to find anyone supporting the figures conveyed by Andrade.
