Bruno could be ahead on cards, but he didn't have enough tools to avoid George's bombs for all the distance. When the best punches of Foreman connected, Bruno would panic and leave more openings.

Hmm... In 1989 Foreman had yet to fight anyone of any real consequence in his comeback. It wasn't until he knocked out Cooney was he somewhat taken seriously again.

As much as I want to lean towards George I think I may go with Bruno on points, unless George was able to catch him late in the fight.
