I know you have to have an interview with your local area council and do the first aid course.
What sort if things are the board looking for and how much does it cost ?

When I did my trainer/seconds,approx 2 years ago it was interview, and a chat about my relevant experience, a couple of questions from the rule book, and then I was put forward to the course. It is similar to a job interview
