I guess it depends on a lot of factors, how solid the evidence is and what can actually be conclusively proved.

But If Roy Jones never got the gold re-awarded then I don’t think there will be much likelihood here.

Besides the gold this far after the event is only a token gesture. The rewards and glory from capturing gold have long passed by.
