taylor had too much fighter in him, whenever he got tagged he'd fire right back and just get nailed even bigger, he needed to get on his bike and be cautious, though ava wouldve tracked him down anyway

They'd fxxking better show Joe, if they can put a female pro debut on there.

Im surprised Avanesyan hasn't got bigger fights than this. After Fowler it should have been something.

Nigel or Conor? :OhYes:

Cos i think Nigel's got a better chance than his lad, even at his age.

Avanesyan's punches so much sharper and hurtful - that's the difference between a power puncher and a good boxer. Nothing against Taylor who was trying like hell but every time Ava landed cleanly you could see it taking its toll.

he had peterson and kava in the states, think he needed to win those to really be launched to something big

he is putting together a very nice run here though, hope he does get something bigger

Typically British stoppage that, shame as it was a cracker while it lasted, Taylor is nails, takes a good shot to head and body and always came back firing, caught Avanesyan with some nice shots of his own but didn't have the same zip and quality on them, dropped in the 1st by a right hand counter but got up and kept engaging, 2nd round was the same, a war before Avanesyan sagged Taylor with a big left then the ref flapped and jumped in after Taylor took another clean shot

Taylor brave ,but you can't play that game unless you carry power .
Not sure about the tactics of going toe to toe with Ava .
