I would say there is a high probability the grounds keeper doesn't need weed killer around the headstone either.
Paul Sykes - The Movie
Re: Paul Sykes - The Movie
Sykes in his own words pulled his misses when she was 15. Back when I was younger and was 17 but looked in my mid 20's I remember turning down a bird who was fit as anything that looked 17-18 but was 14. A lot of lads around my age were banging 13-17 year old birds, but I just felt it was wrong. If I was daft young lad I could've explained it to her parents: I wasn't. I was a proper bloke of a teenager and so I had to jog her on.Wee Tommy wrote: ↑08 Oct 2021, 16:17MasterG wrote: ↑08 Oct 2021, 04:06Not everyone in jail is hard. i imagine that its not something many hardmen in jail would ever want to admit
Come forward where? Why are you so sure about it?
Peter Fury was in same jails and said he was a sex case. I know you are a big fan of Sykes, what age did he start shagging his wife?
In all honesty I could have got away with it at the time but I kept away and therefore never 'Savilled' myself.
I went out on the beers with a mate of mine tonight who admitted he was bi and had happily topped blokes in the past. I'd always considered him a weak heterosexual in the past, easily cucked. Finding out that the he happily takes he reigns with blokes, I may now start considering him an alpha male

I’m pretty sure in the newer books, which are interviews with other people who knew him, Skyes was onto his wife at 14 when he himself was late 20s. I don’t have the books to hand to check, but much of what he wrote in his own book was contradicted. I think it’s clear from the video footage of him that he is a lying, mentally ill, bully.
The guy was a nasty piece of work. Not a good guy in any respect. Of course he was abused by his dad, that’s no excuse to be a cuunt tho. Loads of folk have shite upbringings but it’s no reason to pass it onto your own kids like he did.

Re: Paul Sykes - The Movie
I remember the documentary on him, and the scene where he gets married and becomes progressively more pissed and belligerent.
His kids too, I heard one of whom now has a murder conviction as an adult.
Sykes was clearly a volatile, violent and disturbed alcoholic.

I don't know what I've done to upset you Tommy but my opinion shouldn't effect your opinions. Don't lose any sleep over my opinions mate.

Don't jump on the bandwagon mate.

No. Alderthorpe cemetery is the opposite side of Wakefield from where my son lives and I rarely go to wakey.margaret thatcher wrote: ↑08 Oct 2021, 19:27 hey master, did you ever visit sykes grave to pay respects like you wanted to.
Re: Paul Sykes - The Movie
It's well known all over Wakey Tommy that Sykes got a taste of what he did later in life, being set on fire for example by kids while sleeping rough. The tables certainly turned when he became homeless.Wee Tommy wrote: ↑09 Oct 2021, 02:55 I’m pretty sure in the newer books, which are interviews with other people who knew him, Skyes was onto his wife at 14 when he himself was late 20s. On a side note I've never said that I liked Sykes as a person. I'm not going to deny that I have always found the story interesting since I saw the First Tuesday docu back in the 80s. I've read his book I've read all of Jamie Boyles books on Sykes and I have asked many questions from people who knew him in Wakefield. The whole story of Sykes life has always interested me. I've never said I've been a Sykes fan and I doubt all those people who have found the stories of Jack the Ripper or the Moors murderers interesting and have never said they were big fans of Myra Hindley etc. I've just found the who story interesting, yes I agree that it's not been a nice story and many people may have been effected by the whole life story of Sykes and will be many people who have said good riddance.

On the subject of nonce's, H Blocks The Freak was found guilty of sexual assault with a young fan back in the day.
As for Sykes, before he became the piss sodden caricature, he walked the walk. One hard bastard. Sick individual
with no fear. Was up for it with any of the so called hard men who fancied their chances, and i don't mean in
the dirt box department. Scumbag, average in the gloves, lethal without. And i haven't read the book.

Re: Paul Sykes - The Movie
I've dipped in and out of the "Paul Sykes at large" documentary many times over the years, especially when bored on YouTube or after a few bottles. Part of me thinks that he's a comedial genius, until I realise that he was a real bloke who real people had to deal with. I doubt he would last two minutes with that same attitude in this day and age before a 10 stone soaking wet kid stood outside bargain booze with his mates would end his "reign" one way or another...
