i think all the body shot stuff from his camp is mostly a rouse to get fury looking downstairs, to leave himself open to the right up top.............they mention it over and over and over and over. seems a bit of an over the top focus and unnecessary giveaway if that's really what they plan
the idea that after hardly throwing a bodyshot his entire career, and hardly doing any inside fighting, wilder is gonna become some mexican body banger, sounds a bit far fetched. if he changes his approach that dramatically i dont think it will work well. he should focus on his strengths
Yes it's not going to happen, that shite needs to be ingrained, you can't teach a headhunter like wilder to work the body in one training camp.
When the going get tough, he will revert to the bronze windmill in due course.

Do think he can miss Furys body? He certainly has a better chance than his head, and will slow him down. McDermott years ago, and more recently Wallin had a lot of success attacking Furys body. What does he have to lose? He'll never beat him without making some kind of adjustment, and this is it imo.
They were fighters who had a body game already. McDermott was a decent fighter with a good repertoire of punches.

Right. Malik Scott was analizing Wilder's "reinvented" style with so much posturing, that it'll be a huge fun, when Wilder gets a beating without a clue what to do. The sh!thouse trainer can't teach the sh!thouse boxer anything, remember that.

The body shots Wilder hits Fury with will be the key in this fight. He'll have plenty opportunities. Imagine getting hit to the body with the power Wilder has? The blueprint to beat Fury is attack his soft midsection. He might drop because of it.
It's going to be a brutal beatdown, Fury may never fight again after he gets out of the hospital. He's been distracted, had covid, poor camp, etc. Wilder is locked in. If Fury wanted to intimidate Wilder with his shape, he would have taken his shirt off.
Wilder throws body punches? A beatdown? When was the last time Wilder won a round that he didn't score a KO in?
I'd like to see Wilder win, but if he wins it will be a perfectly executed right hand to the head. Body punches by Wilder?
99% head hunting hasn't been successful against Fury. Especially inside, when Fury bull rushes him. Interesting article:
you seem really bothered that some people dont like wilder as much as you do my man
trump has nothing to do with this, thats prob why hes not mentioned here
I don't really even like him that much across the board, I'm just amused that he is living rent free in your head. I won't say what person that has been used about. I'll try to keep it analogy-free.
youre still going on about his how he talks, obviously struck a nerve, i think that is the what's living rent free my man
i dont really mind him
I'm diametrically opposite from Wilder in every way imaginable way, especially speaking, so it couldn't have struck a nerve.
I was wrong to make a political analogy in a non political thread. I should have made the double standard analogy towards Tyson Fury, not a political figure.
They both dress and act like wankers but you only see one side of the nonsense. It's all entertainment to me and frankly I enjoy their stupidity as I was an ol' school wrestling fan.
BTW, I'd be for virtually any American for the obvious reason that we now suck in the HW division. That's the be all and end all of it.

bruh you have continually gone on about it, even bringing it up again today, even bringing it up when the topic had moved on. you also linked racism to people not agreeing with you that wilder is articulate, da f@ck my man, obviously struck something
i dont really care about nationality in this and it wont be me winning a hw title in there. i just want whoever wins to fight usyk next, lets get a true undisputed champion and f@ck all the constant rematching sh!t. btw its funny, i have been called a fury hater in the past too

I think you are confusing me with another poster regarding racism. If you provide a link, perhaps I'm wrong. All I have to say on racism is: Are some people still racist? Yes. Or you? I don't know and I don't care.
On this tiresome articulation debate, I have heard people talk like Leon Spinks, Joe Frazier, and some football players and I don't know what the fornicate they just said. I understand what Wilder says, so I simply don't put him in that camp. Agreed, too much time on that portion of it.
Wilder won the first by KO, with 99 out of 100 refs, and any asked have confirmed that. Ref's don't risk a most likely concussed person like that to continue, too much liability. No one on the entire boxing forum could give me one similar situation where it wasn't waved off. Not one.
So who you got Maggie? Or straddling the fence to be safe? Perhaps chat with your buddy EO. He is never wrong.
lmao, fighters are allowed to continue all the time after getting dropped hard, fury obviously wasnt hurt nearly as bad as you wanted him to be. youre obviously still butthurt fury got up (fight was in 2018 and youre still crying LOL) and that wilder hasnt beaten him in 2 attempts
maybe after assuring us that wilder would win the first 2 times, you'll finally get it right on the third try, or maybe you'll just cry racism again
Maybe it's because you keep insisting that Wilder comes across like Leon Spinks. He doesn't.
Some of you are far more emotionally involved in this than I am. I see this simply as the first fighter to land a great shot will win. Fury is favorite because he is the superior boxer.
Fury being 2-1 or even 3-1 favorite makes sense, due to his skills
here we go, linking racism to ppl disagreeing with you that wilder is articulate
ya, too much time spent on the topic you brought up and kept mentioning repeatedly, let's move on
Seriously, why as boxing fans do we care about how many f*cking tickets they sell? It's a working class sport: most of us moan about it being PPV saying we can't afford that. Honestly, boxing fans do my head in sometimes. It's a fight between two of the top 5, with a pretty stacked undercard. How many of us can afford to even fly to America at the moment, let alone do a weekend in Vegas? And I couldn't give a toss whether it's sold out or not. It's a fight. Enjoy the fight. May the best man win.
Kin ell alright take it easy, I'm just trying to make it a bit more interesting.
Why didn't they do a face off at the weigh in ?
39 pounds is a lot of weight to give up, hard to say what condition Fury was truly in because he was covered up top.
Think Cyclops must have gotten sand in their vagina.
Careful James, I'll be swinging my tampon around later tonight too!
I still say he needs a perfectly timed right to the head but we shall see.
You are correct! But, he needs something to set it up. Hits to the chest, arms, solar plexus, shoulders, wherever. The big right will come, or the big left, which has dropped Fury too.
Pretty damn great fight, and better than their first 2 fights combined. Fury once again came out on top, but Wilder gave a very good showing, and gave about as good an effort as he could've. He's still a guy I'd like to see against other contenders in the division as he's still obviously a very dangerous puncher, and usually more consistently fun to watch than Fury.
When I saw the early reports it sounded like it was a close fight.
Definitely entertaining.
Take out round 4 for Wilder and the 50s/50s in the first three rounds and Fury won almost all the others.
