I'm surprised by the scorecards on here. I don't think this was close. Sanchez won it handily.
dito but zero surprise here.

Cards too wide, imo. However, if the refs gave Sanchez the close rounds. :maybe:

Sanchez got the kd, so I can’t argue with the decision.

Sanchez got a lot of style points. He certainly looked the far superior fighter, but didn't score or do much more. I had him winning by two points.

hitting gloves don't count.

No problem with the decision but Sanchez did not do enough. He left it too close in too many rounds.

most rounds in that fight, it was one guy landing like 4 jabs and the other guy 3. total flop of a fight. sanchez deserved it but was just barely edging a lot of the rounds because even though he was more accurate he did so little

given the height, reach and alleged power advantage of efe, frank delivered a near perfect performance.

Joe.Kelly wrote: 09 Oct 2021, 23:24 The drama is high for the next fight! One of two dramatic outcomes will occur...

1) The Gypsy King suffers the first defeat of his career (most likely by KO, if he actually loses)
2) Deontay Wilder is forced into retirement (because of his second consecutive KO loss, if he actually loses)

One of these outcomes will occur!
I think "Wilder loses but goes on acting like he didn't lose" should also be listed.

lets be honest about wilder, even in losing he is as entertaining as hell

if he wins its probably a big ko, if he loses we get to hear him continue with the most creative list of excuses ever created
