Assuming that I'm matching them in the sport's best interest and not in the fighter's best interest:
Makhmudov - Bakole (Makhmudov is not well-tested, but thought to be a killer. Might as well give him a real opponent.)
Helenius - Yoka (Helenius is probably overrated right now. So he should either dump those rating points into an up-and-comer or prove that he's as good as his rating. Good opportunity to test Yoka at the same time)
Gassiev - Sanchez (Gassiev's career has been pretty uneventful since 2018, so he needs to shake off the rust. But this will be a good clash before matching him with a top 10 opponent)
Dubois - Jonathan Rice (Dubois needs to mature a little more before taking a full dangerous fight. After beating Rice, he could be matched with someone in the top 35)
Fabio Wardley - David Allen (Wardley isn't tested enough. Pretty much a total question mark. Even a win over him means nothing right now. A win over Allen gives enough information about Fabio's abilities to pave the way for more evenly-matched fights with meaningful outcomes. After Allen, maybe he can fight Charr, and then Simon Kean.)
Efe Ajagba - Wach (Just a confidence builder before matching him with a top 30 opponent like Kuzmin. Wouldn't want to waste the potential of a good prospect by crushing him with consecutive losses.)

Note: I don't like matching-up untested fighters against other untested fighters. So, for instance, I wouldn't want to match-up Fabio Wardley with Stephan Shaw, Arslan Iallyev, or Umut Camkiran. No matter the result, we really don't know what we learned from it. I'd rather that at least one half of the match-up have some sort of meaningful wins and losses so we know his value.

Big Mak should fight any living body finally. Bakole sounds good indeed.

Helenius is ranked 3rd by the WBA. Let him expose Trevor Bryan. If not, the PBC clash against Luis Ortiz or Charles Martin.

Gassiev is being promised by his current woeful promotion to have a decent opponent in December, which seems unreal. He should face the likes of Kabayel, Chisora or Hunter.

Dubois should fight against someone like Yoka, Hrgovich or Dychko. Let him continue a run against the 2016 Olympians.

Wardley should fight Babic. This is easy to make. Entertain the British crowd with the exposing of the pub fighter.

Anderson should fight Sanchez. Continue matching the PBC prospects.

Makhmudov - Hammer(I feel Hammer is there for the taking, but big Mak could still get some shine if he manages to knock him out when Yoka, Ortiz and Povetkin failed to do so)
Helenius - Ortiz (Sounds like a fun fight that should be easy to make)
Gassiev - Washington(Gassiev's career has stalled. I am however still interested in his experiment at heavyweight. If he does not ko Washington I know I should not be)
Dubois - Negron(hopefully away from home. A beatable opponent for Dubois but I think he would be the brit's best scalp to date. If he wins then Breazeale)
Fabio Wardley - Gorman (This should be Fabio's toughest fight and I think he will have to show an higher level of skill than previously displayed to win this one)
Jared Anderson - Kuzmin (I am not on the Ja hype train, but if he beats Kuzmin he would make himself a top 5 prospect for me)

All good fights, but...

Think once hammer gets soundly beaten this weekend he will have lost his last 4 meaningfull fights and is probably not a big enough step up for Makhmudov (a fine tick over if it keeps him active, but hardly a dream fight for me...)

Hele vs ortiz is fun, my only problem with it is one get the win. I personally want both fed to younger blood.

Negrone is a step back from gorman for me. Would be a good highlight KO for DDD but i think he should be looking higher (ranked or profile either).

Would be keen to see gassiev chin washington, wardly and gorman is a very close battle, anderson kuzzi is a good fight, probably think Jah should have an interim step up befor kuzzi, just to be safe.

Bakole is taylor made for Makhmudov he(Bakole)would get destroy.....

Makhmudov vs whyte would be interesting,
I think Mak would win and get tested at the same time.
I would stay away from sanchez he can make you look very bad,But that would be a big challenge.
Big reward tough.
