True, hard to get excited until the day before and we know it's happening.

I don’t usually find Matchroom too bad to be honest. The Liverpool show held up well but last week’s was in trouble as the main event was the only fight on the show that people were really looking forward to.

Compared to others like Boxxer who’ve lost fights in the days before the show on their first 2 shows and Frank W who cancelled a show a few days out with Sunny Edwards and this Saturday’s show has 2 of the 5 main names on the original poster actually fighting I don’t think Matchroom are the worst.

True theyre the best of a bad bunch but the Whyte one was disappointing. Also Benn Granados cancellation sort of tanked that fight camp card if I recall.

Yeah - the Whyte one falling out is a real bad one to recover from. As I’ve said before though at least they kept the show on which in reality was better than I was expecting.

The Benn one was disappointing but the rest of the card was pretty good I think from memory and they at least rescheduled the Benn fight fairly quickly.
