Canelo vs Plant Weigh-in Highlights: Heated Face-Off & Mike Tyson

Post by apollo creed »

I wonder if Canelo and Plant or any other top boxer would be let to "street fight" each other, would they have some striking and wrestling skills and use them or they'd just use only their boxing?

Every sound man should do what he really can do on such occasions. However, all those style vs style debates are childish. Each contact gives an opportunity to bite, scratch eyes or hit on balls. Hit-and-run is profit, BJS whoops 'em all!

OOOoo. I'm getting a little excited about this, seems like there's actually some real animosity there.

I can't be paying for the card though, can't justify it, it could easily just be a blowout.

Caleb Plant looks very nervous.

He’s going to start fast, but quickly fade, due to burning so much nervous energy.

I’m a expecting a relaxed calm Canelo to start slowly, but will gradually gain ownership of the winning momentum as Caleb Plant fades and starts making fundamental mistakes due to fatigue.

The only question is whether Plant becomes very negative and resorts to survival mode or whether he retains sufficient ambition to the point he’s willing to go out on his shield whilst desperately trying to snatch victory from the jaws of defeat.

I think he looks fired up, defiant, not nervous.

But it doesn't matter either way, it's how he is feeling in the moment leading up to the fight, and how he deal with any nerves that matter.

Getting nervous isn't a problem, it's how you react to the feeling.

Mike sounds stoned out of his gourd there. He barely seemed to understand the questions.

Well, you're right.

I guess Canelo would just fire some nasty-fast hooks in a street fight.

What do you think it could be the reason?

:OhYes:
He has a business to run and he has to be the main promoter of his own stuff. I read that he has some quality stuff.
