I think it's those attributes of Williams that will play into Eubank's hands.

The more you come at Eubank the more damage Williams will pick up and over the championship distance I think Chris stops Liam.

I think Eubank has looked poor recently. He didn’t look anything special at all against Morrison and was fairly average in his last fight.

Before then he was inactive, won due to an injury in just over a round against Korobov and beat an extremely past it Degale.

I think he’s caught between styles since joining Jones Jr whilst Williams will bring decent, educated pressure.

Good fight.

They will be able to do this in a phone box, and both punchers.with great chins and big balls.

If this isn't a great fight I'll stop watching boxing.

It's a winnable fight for Williams. Would probably be the end of Eubank Jr as one of Sky's main men if he loses.

His Morrison win looks worse after Parker beat the shit out of him. In first gear.

Tbh, we all know what Eubank was trying to do in that fight.

He wasn’t himself and tried to be someone he can never be.

Does Parker beat Eubank?

Wouldn’t mind that one either.

A loss can improve a fighter if he has the right team behind him; Williams with Ingle has that IMO - I would like to think Williams has learnt enough from the Andrade fight to be smarter against Eubank jr.

Whilst Eubank jr has never looked as if he has learnt from his defeats; he still does everything the same.
As said above - the Morrison fight Eubank didnt look too good at all.

Eubank isn`t cute like Andrade on the back foot; he needs to be coming forward .. and thats what Williams will be intending to do.

It looks to be a fantastic match up. This is Eubank jr`s natural weight. He may have a little more pop in his punches. However Williams is just an inch shorter according to Boxrec .. although I would say a lot more physically solid.

Have they released the dates and venue yet?
Will def be trying to go to this.

Ha! Yes, after Parker, it is a slight concern.
Parker just crashed through Morrison, where as Chris was winning but didn't put much of a dent in him.
I've had it explained to me about RJJ making Chris box more, and I get that, but he has lost the high energy relentless assault that would have let him power right through guys like Morrison.
I'm voting Williams by decision, and its a vote more on what Eubank Jr has lost, rather than what Williams has, if that makes sense.
Good fight though :box:

Eubank's chin would see him through :TU:
Zach Parker is definitely one to watch though.

Where did you hear that?

I’m just listening to an interview with Williams. He seems to think the announcement of the fight is imminent but he also said it’s been imminent for a few weeks now.

eubank used to get lots of credit and be super overrated, i remember so many people going balls deep on him beating groves and saying they just couldnt see how groves would win. dudes were making threads that he'd batter ggg, etc

but eubank has continually been unable to get any sort of big win and lost both times he stepped to world class, and his balloon deflated as he's really hardly done anything notable for years

maybe if he does a legit beatdown, he'll come into more favour again

i said he WAS overrated. after losing to groves and doing nothing of note for years ppl aint so hot anymore

has he ever gotten some big time result where ppl just would not give him any credit btw? i mean heck, beating avni yildirm made him the fave over groves

The poll for the Groves Eubank fight was really close Mags, I don't think he was over rated.
