I think The Lone Star Cobra, Donald Curry, circa 1982-85 takes the Pacman out in 7

It's an interesting fight because we tend to remember when Curry was shot in his final years and forget how good he was in the first half of the 1980s. Curry fought and beat some guys with fast hands (Starling, La Rocca for instance) and good punchers (Jones, Diaz, McCrory) in that time period, nobody with Manny's combination. Tough call. In his prime I'd probably go with Curry either UD or late TKO
