looks like an older lottie to me, you say you saw him in the 70s and early 80s joe my man, but going by the wbc belt he's wearing that's prob him in the 90s, he had the wbc international title as late as 92, when he was 40 and not the guy in his 20s who first fought in usa

the basic features........forehead size, hairline, nose, thin eyebrows line up with other photos of lottie where he looks younger
