Cervantes is just way underrated by so many. That doesn't mean that Arguello wasn't great. I'd bet on Cervantes if they were both at their prime. Pryor really benefited from how he timed their careers perfectly.......he's as over rated as Cervantes is Under rated.

Pryor fought both Cervantes and Arguello and beat him at the 140lbs title. Between Pryor's opponents in his career at super lightweight, Cervantes accomplished more than Arguello as he would get the better of him with better jabs and combinations to either take a decision or late round stoppage.

Arguello gave Pryor much tougher fights though.

Cervantes was further past his personal prime than Arguello was when Aaron faced them.....like I said...Pryor=Right Place....Right Time.

Cmon Man....that was "tap water". Mixed in the "blue bottle" special just for the occasion.

I think John Jones sipped from the same tap, a time or two.

Nothin' like a good "tap dance".

Cervantes TKO's Arguello in the 11th. Wrong fighter for Alexis at that weight.
